Food was good at all times.

Please accurately describe the different types of rooms and their price. I am not convinced that I got the room that I paid for. Please have up to date pictures on booking sites. The TV system could also be more modern. The bathrooms can use more towels as well and higher quality soaps based on the price of the room. The fridge should be fully stocked before guests come. The WI FI in the rooms are non existent and not all of the phones work. There should be a prayer mat in each room for muslims - international all inclusive hotels have these things. You should ask about religious preference before sending alcohol to the room. There should be wake up calls if turtles are sighted during the night or ask before hand if guests would like to receive this call.

Not the best but definitely not the worst

Location was perfect and we will be returning Condition of the rooms were basic at best and serves the purpose of a place to stash your stuff and sleep if you plan to be outdoors more than indoors. My children enjoyed the pool immensely

Food selection. We did not have the all inclusive package. In most all - inclusive places, the food is not the best quality and attracts a crowd that isn't the best quality either. The restaurant was definitely under staffed and sadly the quality of the food choice, presentation and selection reflected this.

Tasty breakfast - mix of local and continental.

Non supply of pool towels. Leakage of kitchen slop drains 3 meters away from breakfast table (possible H&S risk). Welcome drink of fruit/rum punch but no water.

The room was clean and as we asked for connected rooms it was perfect for the kids and us.

The pool was dirty and never get to use it . They only give you shot glasses for drinking juice in at break fast that is poor.

Friendly staff, ok tasting food if you get any, but over priced, I wouldn’t come back.

The staff was really nice, my little girl ran around all over the place they were extremely it patient with her. The food was really tasty the pool was kept clean.

This resort shouldn’t provide all inclusive. They’re short of staff, the mini refrigerator isn’t restocked at all. You have to pay for champagne, food options an extremely limited, the one little grill for lunch opened an hr late then it takes about 1 or more for them to cook the food. You Have To PAY FOR SHRIMP. But wait they ran out of free chicken every day and even shrimp. My kids would cry with hunger pain because of the limited options and the late opening of the grill. Hold it gets better, there’s no Wi-Fi in any of the rooms only weak Wi-Fi on the lobby. But wait there’s no phones in the rooms that work!!!! How are every rooms left with no Wi-Fi or landline. But the receptionist area has a working phone. The is a poorly ran so called resort. It should be an inn or hotel not a resort. I payed $1,000 more for this resort than I did for the RIU in Jamaica the year before. How disappointing, no daily entertainment or kids activities. I actually ask for a refund of the all inclusive after the first night and was denied. Oh yeah rooms and furniture are extremely old. The beds are horrible.

There were a lot of options for breakfast, the food tasted great. The pool was really nice. Y’all should maybe extend the times of opening the pool.

There was no access to work even though it stated on the website that Wi-Fi was included.

Great views, great staff, great pool, fair facilities, good cuisine, poor food catering.

Staff were friedly Pool was excellent Food was great Rooms were nice with great ocean view.

Water in taps in showers and taps was brown with no signs indicating any issue or apologies. There were immense queues everyday for breakfast and lunch, and food frequently ran out. Room service didn't top up coffee and sugar in rooms daily as usual.

One time thing

The location, the pool! The grill bar staff were very friendly.

They don’t stock the room fridge daily- only on arrival (so when the 2 bottle water is done, you need to go to the bar to get water). The WiFi in the room don’t work (only when you are outside… there was no iron, the phone was broken. No shampoo or lotion, just some cheap soap. If you pick the turtle sea view, you have to walk far to get to the bar and dining area. No local cuisines like curry or doubles (main reason i like vacation is to try the local cuisine). If you book via local travel agency from Trinidad, it’s cheaper. The price i paid for 5 nights all inclusive, could have given me 9 nights if i had booked via the local travel agency.

Pleasant, but disappointing

Bedroom opened on to beach. Good options at breakfast, really helpful and pleasant staff. Pool area pleasant.

There's a surprise$1000 TT deposit if you don't take the full package to cover anything you use. The deposit still hasn't been refunded, although I was told on checkout, more than a week ago, it would be three working days (which have now elapsed). No reponse from hotel when messaged. Pool shallow throughout, the beach chairs are not taken care of (they are musty and mouldy- this can be avoided by stacking them on evenings and not leaving them to elements). Hotel rusty and during rains a lot of rusty water entered the bedroom bathroom. Hotel locks doors (without notice) and so I had to wait outside when returning from dinner around 10.15pm.

Breakfast was great, it was easy for me to get a taxi to go places.

Overall good experience for the price paid.

Food was good. Ambience was terrific at the restaurant. Pool was clean and well maintained. Monday night entertainment was nice. Overall we had a good time

The staff at check in could be a little better. Had to wait too long to get the room. The check in space was hot. We could have at least been offered some water to drink while we waited. There was ants in the apartment.
